Meeting was called to order by Jeff Carter Vice President
at 10:08am. There were 46 members in attendance.
Minutes of the July meeting were read by Joyce Gleason Secretary and
accepted by Bob Matis.
Treasury Report was read by Bonnie Foote expenses were $142.40 for paper
supplies for sending out letters and amendment to the By laws to all
residents.
Material and supplies for repair and remodel of club house bathroom was
$236.10
Ramp work for boat launch was $349.80
Grass cutting was $300.00
July Picnic food and supplies was $145.26
Consumers Electric was $145.30
Total spent was 1,318.86
Balance in Fund is $3,263.31
Gypsy Fund is $831.18
Glen approved treasury report and seconded by Dave Gray all approved.
The Amendment to the By Laws was approved by all members in attendance.
The roof repair was made and a new roof was not required so members voted on
siding of the clubhouse to keep out rodents and retain the building
Tim made a motion to purchase siding for the clubhouse. A volunteer group
will meet and install the siding on the clubhouse.
Insurance on building was tabled for the next meeting and supported by Jim
Thompson.
Bob Matis donated a new mega speaker for the announcement of club meetings
and to be used for activities at the clubhouse.
Election of officers was as follows:
- Joyce Gleason moved from secretary to president.
- Kristin Pavliscak was voted in has new secretary
- Bonnie Foote continued as Treasurer
- Jeff Carter to remain Vice President
- Bill Smith board member
- Tim Driver board member
- Jackie Cross board member
- Doug Evans board member
- Dave Gray board member
On the 18th of September and other days a group of 7 residents did the
siding on the club house. Total cost was not available at the time of these
minutes. Painting on outside of club house was done by Darlene. When the
news letter is sent out for next year I hope to have the names of the people
who did all the work and the cost of the siding job. This will be added to
the minutes of the May meeting in 2005.
